About Me
When I started my fitness journey, I found many reasons to do anything but hit the gym and eat right. I felt “partially-motivated” — I wanted the benefits of exercising and dieting, but I was uncomfortable about changing and trying new things. After hitting several plateaus, I decided to hire my own personal training coach to help show me the ropes (literally and figuratively), correct my form, and tighten up my diet. Hands down, it has been the best thing I could have done to invest in myself.
I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable with going through a new experience. I completely understand how intimidating gyms and training equipment can be… but with the right support, it doesn’t have to be uncomfortable or scary.
I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are truly capable of with some extra push. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will be easy to maintain.
