In Person Training is geared for clients who are local and are looking for an extra “push” during their workout. The sessions are an hour in length.
You can expect the following with In Person Training:
- Hour long sessions at your gym or home gym.
- A customized workout plan for days we don’t train together.
- Weekly check-ins to assess your progress.
- One on one support whenever you need it.
- Exercise guidance and reference materials.

Remember that it takes time for your body to adapt to a new program, so results will not be visible over night, or even within a week. Keep following the plan you are provided. Be sure to communicate any issues or questions with me so we can continue to progress toward your goal.

I train out of my private home gym located in Land o Lakes. I have all the major equipment you’ll find at a regular gym without the intimidation or having to wait your turn!
The standard package includes 4 x 1 hour in-person sessions + nutrition for $180/month. For each package after, the per-session price goes down. You also receive the nutrition program at a discounted cost.
The available packages are:
Package A: 4 x 1-hour sessions + Nutrition for $180/mo.
Package B: 8 x 1-hour sessions + Nutrition for $280/mo.
Package C: 12 x 1-hour sessions + Nutrition for $330/mo.
Package D: 16 x 1-hour sessions for $390/mo.
Package E: 20 x 1-hour sessions for $450/mo.
Currently, I am available to train on the following days & times:
- Monday – Friday from 5pm to 8pm
- Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 2pm

A nutrition plan is a structured meal plan that is built on the macronutrients your body needs. Every client’s body is different, which means every client has different macronutrient needs.
The meal plan that you will be provided is a guide. It will contain options to choose from, allowing you to have variety while still hitting your “macros.”
Nutrition plays a major role in both health and fitness. A general fitness “rule of thumb” is that exercise accounts for only 20% in the fitness journey and nutrition accounts for 80%. In other words, without a proper nutrition plan, your efforts in the gym may be ineffective.
You can expect the following with Nutrition Coaching:
- A customized meal plan tailored around your fitness goal, body needs, and lifestyle.
- Weekly check-ins to assess your progress.
- One on one support whenever you need it.
